Orders under £75 are charged according to the items weight and sent the least expensive but safe way we can. If we have the item you ordered in stock, then delivery should take no more than 2 working days. Items out of stock may take 2-5 working days, provided they are in stock with our suppliers. If they are unobtainable we will let you know via email of the time you can expect to wait, should you wish to cancel the order, we will do so.
Parcels are sent via Courier Delivery - someone must sign for the order or your parcel will be taken back to your local depot. If you are out at the time of delivery, the driver will usually leave a card and attempt to deliver the parcel to a neighbour or return it to your local depot. You will then need to contact them to arrange an alternative delivery. Parcels can arrive any time upto about 7.00pm but usually arrive before 4pm.
Items under 2kg are usually sent by Royal Mail recorded or special delivery.
